About Chairman
Dr.RAJARAM, M.E, M.B.A, M.Phil, Ph.D., is a professor having a rich experience of 16 Years in research and teaching profession. As a society contribution, he has established “SIDHARAJAA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL” (ICSE Curriculum) in Sivakasi with his own efforts and initiative in November 2014. He is the Founder cum Chairman of the school.
In India, he is the one and only Management faculty, who has completed 07 Research Projects supported by various funding agencies like DSIR, DST, ICAI, ICSSR, IIPA and IDEA Telecom with a worth of Rs.36,81,000 and Rs.3,00,000 for Conference / seminar supported by IIPA, New Delhi and Union Bank of India. He has received total research grants of Rs.39,81,000/-
His innovative academic skills explored in the development of a new curriculum and regulations for P.G programme titled ”MBA (Actuarial Science)” offered first time in INDIA for Kalasalingam University since 2013.
He is an International level Ph.D thesis examiner for University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban from 2015 to till date and National level Ph.D thesis examiner for various universities like Sant Gadge Baba Amaravati University, AMITY University, Annamalai University and Mother Terasa University, Kodaikanal
He has received many awards for his “Outstanding achievements and remarkable role in the field of education”. He has been awarded two times “Young Scientist Fellowship Scheme (YSFS)” in the disciplines of Mechanical and Social Science honoured by Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology, Chennai for the year 2019-2020 & 2010-2011. He has won “South Indian ASDF Awards (SIAA)” for “Young Researcher category”, Sri P.K.Das Memorial “Best Faculty Award” for “Management – Senior category” and “Management – Junior category” with a cash prize of Rs.10,000/- by Nehru Group of Institutions, Coimbatore for the Year 2017 & 2012. He has been honoured by “Dr.APJ ABDUL KALAM Award” by Marina Labs, Chennai for the year 2016.
He produced 13 Ph.D Doctoral students (02 Full Time & 11 Part Time) in the discipline of “Management” in various universities like Kalasalingam University, Periyar University, Bharathiyar University, PACIFIC University and M.S University. He published more than sixty articles in International and National referred journals. He authored one Text book and five edition books. He has organized four International and two National Level Conferences, One International Level & four National Level Faculty Development Progamme and thirteen National Level workshops.
He is an instrumental and Nodal coordinator for having MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Kalasalingam University and University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka on March, 2017 and ST.Eugine University, Zambia on July 2018. He has addressed as an International Speaker in the Faculty Development Programme at University of Kelaniya in September 2017. He served as a resource person for various FDP programme like getting Research Funded projects, Quality article writing and Advanced statistical tools in application of AMOS and SPSS.
